1 | What does the SD Process 2004 event cost?Our pricing program provides the best value for SD Process 2004 Canada attendees. Visit the pricing page for more information. Registration includes a continental breakfast, lunch and admission to the conference sessions attendees are scheduled to attend. Other meals, transportation, entertainment, and lodging are the attendee’s responsibility of the attendee. 2 | What is the typical daily schedule at the event?The event is held on Monday, December 6th from 8:30a.m.-5:00p.m., with a mid-morning, lunch and mid-afternoon breaks. During each break, attendees can review the demos and exhibits of event sponsors. 3 | What is the dress code?Wear business casual clothing – be comfortable! 4 | What is the cancellation policy for SD Process 2004 Canada?Registrations cancelled after November 15, 2004 are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds can be made after November 29, 2004. Substitutions can be made at any time before December 2, 2004. TO CANCEL REGISTRATION: Call Sophie Nicholls at 4166036667 x5411 to obtain a cancellation code 5 | Once I get to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), how do I locate the event?The event will be located is in the South Hall of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Once you arrive, you will see signs will direct ing you to the conference. 6 | What about parking?The MTCC has 1,700 indoor parking spaces and there are 17,000 more in the immediate vicinity. The entrance to the MTCC South Building parking garage is on the west side of Lower Simcoe Street between Bremner Boulevard . and Lakeshore Boulevard West. Directions: Exit the Gardiner Expressway at Spadina Avenue and turn north on Spadina Avenue. When you reach Bremner Boulevard, turn right and follow it past the south Ceremonial entrance. When you reach Lower Simcoe Boulevard turn right again. You will see the South Building parking garage on your righthand side.
